Every return has an additional impact on the environment – no question about it. Did you know that sending a parcel causes around 500 grams of CO₂ on average and thus produces more than 238,000 tons of CO₂ per year ? In addition, for us as a small company, returns mean additional personnel and process costs.
We therefore ask you to avoid additional transport routes and to place your order according to our principle "Think twice - buy consciously" .

If you find that something does not meet your expectations, you can return the unwanted items to us within the cancellation period. Please note that the return costs are to be borne by you.
Important note: Please note that textiles such as bed linen, towels or tea towels that have already been used and washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
1. Please pack the items you want to return well protected and preferably use the original shipping carton.
2. If possible, include the original packing slip and note the reason for the return.
3. Please remove or cover any address labels on the packaging and stick on the new shipping label.
4. Please send the package insured with proof of postage to the following address:

cancellation
If you find that you want to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before the goods are dispatched by emailing us at kundenservice@nordery.com. We will then immediately cancel your order and transfer the money back to you if you have already made a payment. If your order is already on its way to you, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it.
claim
In the event of a complaint, we will bear the costs for the return shipment, unless you caused the damage intentionally. To clarify the matter, please contact our customer service by email at kundenservice@nordery.com or by phone on 089 21528262.
